Loft Storage & New Loft Hatch Created
New larger loft hatch created. Loft joisted out for strengthen support of T&G loft flooring. Creating a spacious storage space with better access.
Old loft hatch on the landing was small & difficult to access the loft as it falls under the eaves of the roof.
New flooring timbers fixed on top of main purlin timbers & not to ceiling timbers.

These new timbers provide the independent support for the T&G loft boards.

Garage / Annex Kitchenette & WC
Kitchenette installed complete with plumbing, sink, worktop & cabinets.
Inside cabinet below the sink is an Ariston 9 litre water heater, which provides hot water to both the kitchen & wc sinks.
Floor tiling throughout the area.
